Fill By Weight Conveyor System

For use with injection molding machines

Rear plate holds 3 empty cardboard boxes which are pushed onto the black scale plate by pneumatic linear actuators

Filled boxes are pushed onto roller conveyor

All linear motion was accomplished by pneumatic actuators

A 100 lb. load cell is mounted below the black plate to perform the weighing function

Visible at front and left of machine are the linear actuators
