This automated machine is for the assembly of contact
arms used in mid sized circuit breakers and is typical of the style
manufactured by ALPHA AUTOMATION.

Pick and place arms move the oriented contact from the bowl feeder
outputs and place them in hardened nest in the
rotary table

Vacuum pickup used to place copper contact in plated
steel arm
A small step motor is used to rotate the contact to help in registration
of contact stem to hole in arm

Rotary mechanism to remove completed assemblies from
nest and drop into output chute

This machine used a Z-World single board computer
programmed in the C language
